High School Entry Procedures
Welcome to the 41st Annual Glenn D. Loucks Games. We greatly appreciate your anticipated participation.
This is the first year that we will be using DirectAthletics for entries. Here is the new entry procedure:
1. Either open a new account or an established account on DirectAthletics.com (www.directathletics.com).
Procedures for opening a new account can be found at

Our meet can be reached directly at

2. After the careful completion of your entry, print two copies of it
(one to be mailed to us - one for you to keep).
3.Print our High School Entry Cover Sheet.
4. Fill out out the cover sheet (two-three pages) and
list principal's name and have
your principal sign it (no entries will be accepted without this signature).
5. Mail the cover pages,
one of the copies of the entry, and
payment* (that's 3
things that you have to mail together) to:

DO NOT SEND YOUR ENTRY WITHOUT ONE OF THE ABOVE-LISTED ITEMS.
IT WILL BE SENT

6. You may have top athletes who you want to seed in any of the following races.
This would be your attempt to get them into the top two heats (note, that your
seeding does not guarantee their admission to these heats). (This pertains only for the athletes who you predict will be able to finish in
the top 16 of the events listed below - see last year's results for reference

and date of performance
and if you are from outside the Metro NYC area, a website that will verify the
